Autumn has arrived and the Sehenswert Film Festival is back! This year, for the thirteenth time, the festival will take place in cities across the country, bringing audiences the most exciting and recent films from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This year’s festival will focus on the relationship between literature and film, and will include screenings of several contemporary German-language novels.

There’s something for everyone, as the films focus on love, culture, belonging, family troubles, human relationships, the art world and many other topical issues. Sometimes dramatic and profound, sometimes light and humorous.
In Debrecen, the following films will be screened in the Apollo Cinema, in the Mihály Kertész Hall.
- 24 October (Thursday) 20:00: Ein ganzes Leben
- 25 October (Friday) 20:00: Franky Five Star
