The newest member of the UD Hotels chain, Study K&M Hotel, is located in Nagyerdő, Debrecen. The hotels welcome guests seeking relaxation in a quiet park with ancient trees, on the grounds of the Debrecen University Clinical Center. The attractions of Nagyerdő are within easy reach. The Aquaticum Bath Complex, the Zoo, the Agora Science Experience Center, the Stadium, and the pleasant Parkerdő are all within walking distance. The Study K wing offers 80 fully equipped, air-conditioned single and double apartments. The Study M wing offers 105 triple rooms. The rooms have bathrooms and are equipped with refrigerators, televisions, telephones, and internet connections. Each floor has a shared kitchen.
