According to the plans, the apartment style Hotel in Debrecen-Józsa is being built by Dryvit Profi Kft.
According to the developer, Dryvit Profi Kft. the modern apartments are designed to provide a quality housing solution for the employees of domestic and multinational companies, namely for the long term.
The three-storey hotel with 46 apartments provides a reception, spacious and bright common areas, a dining room, a private car park and a green garden enriched with outdoor seating.
The apartment house, is to be built with state support, will have 104 rooms and 408 beds.
The air-conditioned rooms feature a sunny balcony, a roof terrace, a mini kitchen, a regular cleaning service, and pleasant, homely décor.
Dryvit Profi Kft. emphasized that the “Stay Apartman” Hotel is in a desirable, livable location in a small town environment, yet just 5 minutes from the motorway.
The highway also provides quick access to companies in the western and southern industrial parks, and the North-West Economic Zone, home to the future BMW plant, just minutes away.
All services, including the pre-existing supermarket and restaurant, will be located just a short walk away, within four hundred meters of the Hotel. The hotel will be built near Rózsás Csárda, at the junction of Józsa István utca and Klastrompart line.
Dryvit Profi Kft., Meanwhile, is doing well on the building of Building II of the Agora Office, downtown, in the center of Debrecen as well. The structure is practically completed and the whole building is likely to be handed over in the fall.
