“Pumpkin Fun” – Family Day at the Water Park
Take part in Aquaticum’s Halloween-themed family day on October 18, 2025, where every member of the family can test their skills and endurance! Aquafitness and water aerobics, mask and glitter tattoo making, and an exciting 5-station family competition.

- 1:30 p.m. Aquafitness
Location: Adventure Pool - 2:00-2:30 p.m. Pumpkin mask making
Location: Outdoor terrace above the Lazy River - 2:30-4:00 p.m. Don’t “Pumpkin”! – Tasks for every member of the family at 5 stations
- Don’t be scared! Rely on your senses and discover unknown objects!
- Ghost hunter skill game
- Witch school – learn about your ancestors and solve the tasks!
- Pile on the pyre – rescue your family from the water onto the inflatable island
- Monster eating contest

IV. Halloween Street Festival
This year, there will be another Halloween street festival on Batthyány Street. On October 24, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m., the Debrecen Creative Community team will be waiting for you again. Spend this evening with your family and friends on Debrecen’s first pedestrian street, Batthyány Street!
Restaurants will offer special themed menus, and shops will be decorated in the Halloween spirit. Costumed children and young people can enjoy candy collecting and games. Bring a lantern to go with your costume for a spooky chocolate hunt.

Halloween Park Debrecen
Where else would Halloween be scarier than in the ruins of a castle? The Forgotten Castle on Sámsoni Road is preparing a terrifying program for this period.

October 25-26, 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.: Trick or Treat For ADULTS ONLY!, where the most popular horror characters will test our visitors with a task!

IV. Halloween walk at the shelter
This year, the “Together for Animals” Animal Protection Association is once again inviting interested parties to its Halloween walk at the shelter, where there will be dog walking, a fair, and open access to the cat house. Further details will be available on the event’s Facebook page.
