As part of the “ALL-IN Debrecen Flemish Cultural Days” a concert entitled “The wind blows from Flanders concert” will be held on 26th May from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Reformed Church.
The concert will feature Ronny Plovie x students of Music of the University of Debrecen and will provide the highlights of 500 years of Flemish music written for organ solo or brass organ, and an arrangement of a song from the Debrecen Songbook.
Ronny Plovie is an organist and is an experienced music director with a strong background in the educational management sector. He is versatile, excelling in the Dutch language, chamber music, coaching, musical theatre, and educational leadership. As an education specialist, he graduated from the Koninklijk Muziekconservatorium in Ghent.
The programme is supported by the Flemish Government.
Participation is free of charge, and no registration is required, on a first-come, first-served basis.
