With the intention of creating tradition, the Főnix Arena is organising the fifth FőnixFitt leisure and mass sports event, the biggest fitness event in Eastern Hungary.
With the support of the City of Debrecen, and in cooperation with the Institute of Sports Science of the University of Debrecen, the Sports Diagnostics, Lifestyle, and Therapy Centre, our aim is to promote sport, exercise, and physical activity, and to emphasise its health-preserving role.
This event, which can be called a niche event in the region and in the second-largest city in the country, is aimed at the age group just getting acquainted with sport and at people who exercise on a daily or weekly basis. In addition to the big stage programmes, the most popular Debrecen fitness clubs will have their stands, workshops, professional exhibitors, health screening programmes, lifestyle advice, and a relax zone for those who are tired of all-day activity will be waiting for them in the Főnix Arena on 30th April 2022.
