On Friday, February 23, 2024, the Wine Friends of Debrecen will again organize the Furmint February Wine Tasting, which will take place at the LOVARDA University Cultural and Conference Center, where fans and enthusiasts of this grape variety will be able to taste nearly 100 types of Furmint and Furmint-based blended wines.
30 wineries from several wine regions have been invited to the event, giving visitors the opportunity to discover the variety’s diversity and local character.
Of course, a gastronomic corner will also be set up, with many delicacies for wine lovers. Chef Géza Szűcs Szűcs and pastry chef Eszter Szabó from Wellington Coffee & Pie will be in charge of the delicious bites.
A limited number of tickets will be on sale this year, as the venue, the atmosphere and the excellent wines to be tasted require the intimacy and attention that can only be adequately guaranteed by maximizing the number of participants.

The ticket price includes wine tasting. The Stölzle crystal wine glasses will be provided for the duration of the event for a rental fee of 1.000 HUF/glass, as usual.
