The Wizz Air Debrecen Airport Run will be held for the fourth time on 25th of September 2021, to be organized by Debrecen International Airport and the Sportcentrum (Sport Centre).
The event will once again be hosted at the airport.
The aim of the running competition is to promote running and a healthy lifestyle to all. It also provides opportunities for families to relax in the exclusive environment.
Participants of the competition can gain insights into the life of Debrecen Airport and run on the runways where the planes would normally go.
Runners can participate in either the 2.5km or 5km race distances providing a challenge to beginners, while the 10km race is more for intermediate runners who can participate both individually and in relay races. A 5km family race will also be organized.
Discounted tickets can be booked until midnight on June 8th, 2021.
