Film scores on the organ

10th December (Saturday) 7:00 p.m.
Debrecen Reform Church

A special feature of the concert is that the great instrument of the Great Church will not be playing classical works written for the organ, but rather the well-known and famous melodies of popular films, which are almost never played on the organ – although the Queen of Instruments can reproduce these works with incredible richness of colour, power, and monumentality. The programme includes the famous themes from Pirates of the Caribbean, Mission Impossible, and Harry Potter, iconic melodies from old movies, and the music of the greats of the past.

Playing the organ: Gergő Csorba, the organist of the Great Church

Tickets for the concert can be purchased in advance in person at the ticket office of the Great Temple, the Kölcsey Center, and the Tourinform office online at jegy.hu, and at the venue before the start of the concert. Reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis!
