MTV presents: Follow The Flow

A series of major musical events will lead up to the 2021 MTV EMA Pop Culture Awards show, taking place in cities across the country, this time broadcast from Hungary worldwide on 14th November. MTV Music Week, which kicks off on 5th November, will see performances from popular national and international acts across the country, including Kraak & Smaak trio and Lost Frequencies, as well as concerts by Halott Pénz, Follow the Flow, Tankcsapda, and more.

On 14th November, the MTV EMA returns as a live show, broadcast for the first time in history from Hungary. The event at the Papp László Budapest Sports Arena will be a truly global music celebration for all audiences worldwide, with performances by world stars. The show will be accompanied by a series of events throughout the country to get the Hungarian audience in the mood for a whole week.

For real fans, the one-week party will start on the 5th November, when the Dutch trio Kraak & Smaak will appear in front of the Budapest audience. Electronic music heavyweights warm fans up to an MTV Special Necc party until dawn, with an all-night production.

The American band Ghost-Note will also be in Hungary for MTV Music Week, with their funk rhythm repertoire guaranteed to get the walls shaking on 6th November.

Heavy metal fans need not worry either, as the British band Enter Shikari will perform on November 10th .

The following day sees the arrival of the iconic Yo! MTV RapsPresents  session with faces like Swedish Bladee, Russian Pharaoh or from home track Power Puff,  DJ GOZTH, and Slowgod.

On 13th November, Halott Pénz in Győr, Follow the Flow in Debrecen, Tankcsapda in Kaposvár, and the Belgian king of deep house Lost Frequencies in Budapest, playing the biggest electronic hits at the MTV Special, Sparty in Budapest, as part of Club MTV Presents, Margaret Island and Dzsúdló in Kecskemét, Bagossy Brothers Company in Szolnok and Punnany Massif in Veszprém will take the edge off the week’s spinning.

The MTV Music Week and the MTV EMA awards show on 14th November have many surprises in store, with a host of national and international stars, parties and events to be unveiled by the iconic music channel in the coming weeks.

In any case, the good news for the people of Debrecen and the fans of Follow The Flow is that the band will give a free, live concert on Saturday, November 13th, from 7 p.m. in the square in front of the main building of the University of Debrecen!
