During the Ars Sacra Festival, the doors of the Reformed Great Church will be opened to the public on 16th of September at 7 p.m., with organ concerts and a visit to the church.
The second stop of the Night of Churches walks will be the Reformed Great Church, where visitors can go on a guided tour and listen to an organ concert free of charge.
Visitors can hear the Queen of the Organ and then explore the National Memorial. The vocal and organ works of J.S. Bach will be heard, accompanied throughout in the keys of B-A-C-H, the invitation reads. The familiar melodic turn will also be heard during the concert through Ferenc Liszt’s BACH Fantasia.
The Night of Churches walk includes stops at the Reformed College, the St. Anne’s Cathedral, the Reformed Small Church (Kistemplom) and the Evangelical Church.
