In keeping Zoo tradition, this summer, brings unique summer night experiences for Zoo visitors, with the ever popular Evening Walks held each Friday till the end of August.
In addition, this weekend and next, as a little extra, on June 18th and 25th, the Friday sunset walks will also feature a seated concert by Kodály Philharmonic in the Giraffe Enclosure.
Embark on a special guided tour amid the magic of summer evenings, you’ll not forget, you will even get to peek behind the scenes at the Zoo, unraveling all the mystery it holds, including the secret night lives of animals.
With expert keepers as your guides, you will meet various charismatic residents such as hippos in the middle of their evening tooth-brushing routine, big cats on their night prowl, and the many unique critters who inhabit the Palm House. Highlights will also include up-close encounters with baby stars like Manfréd, this year’s member of our penguin nursery, and Zahara, our reticulated giraffe calf with her first birthday coming up in a week.
Evenings Walks will take place between 20:00 and 23:00 every Friday till August 20th.
Note: Admission is limited, with 60 tickets available online for 3800 HUF each and another 20 on-site for 4000 HUF per person.
