On Valentine’s Day, Debrecen Zoo welcomes visitors to learn about the animal’s love secrets.
On 14th February, Valentine’s Day, animal lovers will have a unique evening experience at the Debrecen Zoo, where for the first time an exclusive guided tour will reveal the love lives of the zoo’s residents.
During this romantic evening, visitors will be able to experience the mysterious nightlife and bedroom antics of the most interesting animals, while enjoying interactive programmes, hot drinks, and snacks. With the help of caretakers, you can find out, for example, which is the oldest couple in the garden but still enjoying an intimate relationship, how the Papuan penguins choose their mates, or which species and how the institution is preparing for the upcoming nuptials.
A limited number of tickets for the one-and-a-half to two-hour walk, starting from the zoo entrance at 5:00 p.m., are available for 18-year-olds only: 50 tickets are available online for HUF 3800, and 10 more are available on site for HUF 4000 each.
