The baby-boom continues at the Zoo Debrecen with the arrival of a cute joey in their red-necked wallaby group!
The group of red-necked wallabies are once again a source of great news as a female is now rearing yet another joey. Barely the size of a bean at birth, the young one is now a little over 6 months old and increasingly curious of its environment, seen more and more regularly outside its mother’s pouch recently, although it will keep returning there until around 9 months old.
You can surely see the cute joey in the zoo’s first big event this year, the Easter Bunny Festival held between 9:00 and 18:00 March 30 and April 1 when the park awaits guests with a festive twirl, bunny stars, the wonders of the spring wildlife and the first amusement park adventures of the year.
