The Zsuzsi Forest Railway announced on its Facebook page that the locomotives will restart again from May 29th. According to the published timetable, the light rail will run to Hármashegyalai on Tuesdays, Thursdays and on weekends in the first month, and will be supplemented with additional services on Friday from July to the end of August.
The 17-kilometer track of the Zsuzsi Forest Railway train was renovated, and in 2019 and 2020 the additional seven-kilometer track was modernized. In addition, three locomotives were refurbished and three passenger cars were refurbished.
The Zsuzsi Forest Railway is the oldest forest railway in the country. The schedule is available here.
