The good weather has already arrived and summer is coming, so the good news for water lovers is that the country’s most modern outdoor water park, Aquaticum Strand, will open its season this Friday, the 20th of May.
The rippling water surfaces, waterfalls, vegetation walls, and water veils connect the water park together and make it an ever-changing, shimmering centre of fun reflecting the forest trees, with 5,700 square metres of water, 15 pools, and almost 1 km of slides.

A 1900 m2 water paradise for kids
Unique attractions and experience elements make Aquaticum Strand stand out from other outdoor swimming pools. Children are guaranteed to get a lot of positive stimulation here – For the very young (0-4 years), there’s a children’s play area with splashing animal figures and baby slides. For children aged 4-8, there’s the Robinson tree, and for little pirates aged 8-12, there’s the airboat dock with water cannons and a variety of slides. Baby changing facilities and family-friendly changing rooms ensure maximum comfort.
Giant slides, a glass-walled pool, and other special features
One of the symbols of the new water park is the 12-metre-high central building, which has a pool deck with spa and relaxation pools, a sports world, a fish pond, and four types of giant slides. Fantastic green walls, gently flowing waterfalls and waterfalls bring the beach up to European standards.
The diving platform and the 12-metre-high glass-walled pool above it are a major attraction. A water bar, sun loungers, and sunshades on the sun terrace are integral parts of the pool.
