Smaller Concerts Will be Organized Instead of Campus Eleven

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, major music events and festivals are being canceled one after another, right across the country.  Unfortunately, this now includes Campus Eleven.

Previously, the Campus Festival 2020 was canceled, but the organizers did their best to provide an alternative large scale event series to be held towards the end of the summer. The event named “Campus Eleven” was planned to hold over 11 featured nights with popular artists.

The recent government rules have also hit this alternative, Campus Eleven event series.

Organizers had confirmed that more than 100 performers had planned to participate in the Campus Eleven program, but it will not be held as planned.

Once again, the organizers have found an alternative to Campus Eleven: they will hold big concerts at the Nagyerdei Stadium from 19th to 22nd August and will include:

  • 19 August: Majka and Follow The Flow
  • 20 August: Magdolna Rúzsa and Tamás Horváth
  • 21 August: Kowalsky meg a Vega, and Balázs Szabó Band
  • 22 August: Bagossy Brothers Company and the Punnany Massif

In order to comply with safety regulations, visitors must keep social distancing rules. For those wanting to attend, they can buy tickets online. The concerts will be traditional festival concerts, although participants will have to watch them sitting down.

In addition to the concerts held at the Stadium, the Water Tower Garden will also host concerts for 500 people from mid-August to the end of September.
