Thanks to a flight development grant from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, fights will be restarted in the coming weeks. Wizz Air has already relaunched the Israeli flight, which has operated since the end of September.
The next flight to be resumed will be to the Russian capital, Moscow. Travelers can fly between Debrecen and Moscow twice a week from the 13th of December.
The Brussels flight from Debrecen was canceled several years ago but will be resumed next on the 18th of December. Wizz Air offers two flights a week over the festive period and once a week from mid-January 2022.
There will also be a new destination to Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, from the 19th of December. 2021. There will be two flights to Kiev over the festive period and be once a week after that.
In addition, Wizz Air will continue to operate the Debrecen to London, Eindhoven, and Paris flights.
During the summer of 2022, flights will also be available from Debrecen to Mallorca, Cyprus, and Santorini.
