At a recent press conference, the leaders of Debrecen and the Accor Hotel Group announced the winner of the tender for the four-star Hotel Lycium. It was announced that Debrecen Asset Management Ltd. (DV Zrt.) has closed the tender procedure for the lease of Hotel Lycium**** Debrecen, which was announced on 28 October 2024 for a period of 10+5 years.

According to the Israeli airline, the first flight between Tel Aviv and Debrecen will start on 24 April. The flights will operate twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, according to the announcement.

On Tuesday, the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) officially announced the tournament schedule, which also includes Debrecen, which has become the stronghold of the sport over the past decade.
