On the first weekend of February, the dull, gray winter days are over because the sensational FÓRUM Debrecen Chocolate Festival is coming this year.

The highly successful Chocolate Festival promises an experience for an entire weekend, or three days, on the 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th of February, 2023.

22 January is the anniversary of the birth of the Hungarian National Anthem written in 1823 by the famous Hungarian poet Ferenc Kölcsey (one of the most important characters of 19^th century Hungarian literature) who finished the manuscript of the anthem on this day. This date is the celebration of the Hungarian culture, which has been held since 1989 in every year across the globe in Hungary as well as abroad.

Zoo Debrecen opened 65 years ago, in 1958 as the first zoo in Hungary outside the capital.
