The last week of 2024 is a busy one in Debrecen, with a succession of better and better events across the city.

The last week of 2024 is a busy one in Debrecen, with a succession of better and better events across the city. Children will be entertained by the popular Alma band, 100 Folk Celsius and Tompeti and friends, while adults will be entertained by Charlie, Tankcsapda, Csík Band, Modern Talking, the Kodály Philharmonics and Hungarian musical stars. This year, BÚÉK Debrecen! will return on 31 December, so you can say goodbye to 2024 with a grand end-of-year street party in the city’s main square.

DKV Zrt. will launch its Advent music tram again this year. On Monday 23 December, members of the György Maróthi Pedagogical Choir will create an authentic Christmas atmosphere on the CAF light tram from the Grand Station at 17:00 on Line 2.
