For the 28th time, the Hungarian Tourism Agency has announced the Flowery Hungary competition. More than 320 entries were received, and the jury awarded 49 prizes.

Since Saturday the 20th of November, mask-wearing has been mandatory in enclosed spaces. Masks are mandatory in shops, shopping centers, museums, theatres, cinemas, and areas of public administration, those public buildings, and other enclosed spaces that are open to the public. This is in addition to the existing requirement of wearing masks on public transport, a restriction that has already been in place for some time.

The safari programme of the Hortobágy Wildlife Park in the Hortobágy National Park has long been considered a special experience, but now a new safari car has been added to the service. The development was financed with a total of HUF 15 million, of which HUF 12 million was provided by the Hungarian government and the remaining HUF 3 million by the Hortobágy National Park Directorate (HNPI).
