In this year’s competition of the National Confederation of Hungarian Confectioners, the chilly, blackberry, chocolate masterpiece named Bíborka became the ice cream of the year.
In this year’s competition of the National Confederation of Hungarian Confectioners, the chilly, blackberry, chocolate masterpiece named Bíborka became the ice cream of the year.
The ice cream was made by Gergő Fehér, a confectioner from Békéscsaba. Behind Gergő Fehér, Andrea Koncz was the second from the Sissi Ice Cream Parlor in Gödöllő with his balsamic fried blueberry, soft goat cheese ice cream, and Brigitta Márton was the third with the ice cream made with sweet sour cream and Cumberland sauce from the Bagaméri Ice Cream Parlor in Balatonfüred.
We hope that we can soon taste the ice cream of the year in Debrecen, but until we can get unforgettable taste experience in these places:

The Borsos villa in the middle of the old garden housing estate is a real architectural gem in Debrecen. József Borsos, the former chief architect of Debrecen, designed the building for himself and his family, the courtyard of which was once decorated with a swimming pool and a beautiful rose garden.
